Intro: The marsh creatures, under cover of fog, are after the Outlers. If youwere an Outler on Alzarius, where would you hide? Well, you could try the TARDIS, if, against astronomical odds, it happened to be there. As long as the probability exists, no matter now infinitessimal, WTTW-Chicago will cover it.
